Kate started her legal career as a Property Lawyer at Gadens. During this
time, she developed an expertise in a wide range of property acquisitions
and disposals, including acting for Property Funds and Developerslooking to
invest in Shopping Centres, Licensed Premises (Pubs and Hotels) and
residential development sites in excess of 100 lots.
Kate also advised landlords and tenants with their commercial, industrial
and retail leasing.
